Here are a few simple steps to redeem your free gift:
Log in to your account on Gaither.com online store
After logging in, you will see a category titled "MEMBERSHIP" on the right side of the navigation bar.
Open the "Free Gift" category and select your DVD.
After adding your selection to your cart, click My Cart and enter the discount coupon code found on your order receipt email.

Here is how you get your pre-sale codes for early access to Gaither concert tickets
You get your pre-sale code by logging onto the Gaither.com online store site using your Premium Membership username and password. Once you are logged on, hover your mouse over the word Membership (over to the right side) and you should see the drop down for Pre-sale Codes and Free Gifts. Select Pre-Sale Codes. You should be able to see your code and click the link to take you to the ticketing for this event on the next page.
